Im only able to heard but the screen stays loading please resolve this my baby loves George and hes not able to see it

This has always been my kids favorite app, but it had stopped working properly. Curious George plays sound but the picture doesnt come on. This has been going on for over a month!

Were trying to enjoy the shows offered on the app but only a select few have recently been viewable. This app used to work flawlessly on this iPad. What has changed?

This is the only site I use for my toddler, but its been glitching a lot lately, and not all of the shows will play, well only hear the music. Perhaps this can be fixed with an update? Like other reviewers, Im a little frustrated by all the ads. Im obviously a PBS person, and were using the app; you dont need to try to "sell it."

Works inconsistently at best. No way to choose episodes. If you quit the app, no way to resume watching where you left off. Charge $5/month and make your app exactly like netflix. Or just put your stuff back on netflix. Poor decision making at the highest levels.

My kids really to use this app to watch wild kratz especially now that Netflix doesnt carry that show. It is usually good, but it can slow in between videos. The biggest problem is that sometimes it just pauses on its own and then starts a show over again, which makes kids very frustrated.

The audio is working fine but the video isnt showing 80% of the time since iOS 10 update

When Curious George only plays audio- press "pause" followed by "play" and video returns (most of the time). This app is increasingly buggy about video load times, timeouts, and touch responsiveness.

I like this app. But it now only plays audio and not video. Is it because I have iOS ten or something? Please fix!

As another reviewer said, videos either dont work or only work if you hit pause and play. Buggy, shoddy app and PBS should be ashamed. Or they should actually test and fix. And no, it is not our Internet connection, which is 100 MB and works fine with every other streaming service.

We have used this app for years and havent had any problems! Just recently I saw that i can cast from our Chromecast and was so excited to have that option! All Im looking at right now is the yellow background screen and the green pbs symbol :( its not casting at all!!! All we want to do is watch Dinosaur Train!! No matter how many times I close out of the app it wont play anything! Please fix this!!

Very good app.

There are absolutely no settings for this app. You cant prevent autoplay, or stop kids from entering the extremely limited "For Parents" section. Had to uninstall because my son will fire up a video, walk away and it will continue to play until the battery is dead. Because of this, its killing our data caps.

It was my daughters favorite show and you guys removed it. I cant give you less than one star.

Way to make the kids really sad.

There are no settings for the app and it gets confusing trying to play episodes - there is no way to chose what episode you want since there is no list of what episodes are even available. Thanks for the chromecast ability, however all you see on the screen is that chomecast is connecting. That is it. It is not possible to see what is playing or going to be played - like when will my show I picked start? All I saw were ads for other shows, it never played the show I picked. Since you have no options, cannot see what is being played and have no response when you choose something, it makes it very difficult to use this frustrating app on a mobile device. This needs work to be more user friendly and to see what the f is going on.

I love this app! Its extremely easy to use (my 21 month old can use it by herself). There is a great variety of shows on the app, and its constantly updating so theres new content rotating in. And its completely free. Just be careful - this app will go through data like Cookie Monster goes through cookies. I use it when we are out at my oldests soccer practice and this season has killed my data plan. It can easily burn through a gig in a couple hours.

The app was great until it updated last night to PBS Video. The app will not load. Im quite disappointed.

People would like it if there was an app called "The PBS Kids GO! Video app" so preschoolers would watch more shows so here is the reason why: PBS Kids GO! gives kids in grades Kindergarten-8th Grade education like reading, writing, math, science & Social Studies. And that is why. PS: Kids Might want their parents to write it in the reviews. Final Thought: Also you should make a game called PBS KIDS Racing with all your favorite PBS Kids Friends. and the show characters and you can make your own kart.

This app has become so unreliable. It randomly stops in the middle of a program to either show a commercial for pbs kids or to show the weekly pic. My kid has become so frustrated with it, and me too. PLEASE fix this!!
