Since update you cannot watch videos with bluetooth headphones HELP

Ive had to uninstall/reinstall the app twice on two different iPad 2s, running iOS 9.3.5 as well as restarting to get this app to work consistently. Videos take too long to cache, and impatient toddlers start tapping buttons in a desperate effort to get SOMETHING to load, which backs up the cache even more and creates the endless-crash cycle. Feel like this app was tested with adults, not children. 30 seconds is nothing to adults, but eternity to kids. Content is great, but the app poorly encapsulates the content.

My daughter loves watching her favorite shows on this app, but the app is possessed. When we stop the show and even hard close the app, it will sometimes continue to play the audio. It has also started randomly playing in the middle of the night, several hours after the last use. It does this on all of our devices (Kindle, iPhone, and Samsung S8 phone), so we know its not just our device. Great app for the kids, horrible if you dont want to be haunted by the voices of Daniel the Tiger in the middle of the night.

This app is so easy for toddlers and kids to use. Tip of the hat to the design and UX teams!

It doesnt make sense that the video stops when Bluetooth is connected.

This app keeps me son entertained when all other activities fail, especially when we are out for dinner!

I think the option is cool, but it should have a parental lock. Every time my toddler watches a video, she clicks live tv. It turns off our show and plays hers. Since she cant hear it on the iPad anymore, she turns the volume all the way up, which turns it up on our tv.

Wheres the option to restrict usage when on cellular data? This is a must have feature. I love the live TV option. It would be great if we could cast live TV to Chromecast and Apple TV.

Worked fine for a while now keeps crashing.

I love this app because it is the only for my daughters to watch Wild Kratts and Dinosaur Train, which they love! It is super quick and easy to open up and have a video playing asap! The sidebar is very simple and obvious, so my 2-year-old can pick the show she wants, and my 4-year-old can even pick the episodes she wants! Even though it has very limited episode selection, the little clips of older shows are still fun to watch!

We have decided to save money by using Apple TV. The PBS kids app has been great and introduced my sixteenth month old to elmo and Cookie Monster (she calls him cookie!!). However I noticed on my phone that I have a live TV button but in my app on appleTV that option is not there. We love Sesame Street. I watched it when I was a kid. I love how its on and captures her attention and she is clapping and dancing with Elmo and the count however I would love to stream it live on my appleTV. When this is fixed- I will change my rating to five star. Its great for her but for now its three stars. Shame. Pbs is great. Lets update the appleTV for live tv!!! Momma of my Military baby

I love the app, but would really like it if you can add an on/off option to auto play the next episode.

Update 3/31/17: It works again!!! Thank you pbs :) my daughter is very happy to be able to watch Daniel tiger again. Great app. With the update, it now pulls up a website looking page when connecting with chromecast. It then wont proceed to cast any video, just shows a menu-like screen with an introduction. I will now be deleting the app and not watching, now that the cast doesnt work. What a disappointment.

The Chromecast issue that turned up in the last version release has been resolved and my review is once again 5 stars.

Since the most recent update video will not chromecast anymore. I used to love this app because it was the only for my daughters to watch Wild Kratts and Dinosaur Train. Now it sends some kind of menu that I cannot in any way interact with, instead of the video I am trying to watch. Its really hard for them to both watch on my phone, and most times I actually need my phone if theyre watching something.

This used to be a great 5 star app. Suddenly when Im Chromecasting the app no longer shows videos but defaults to some menu screen with characters and games, asking me to log in. Not sure what suddenly changed but it worked perfectly the other day and now it doesnt.
