No longer works with chromecast!! Please fix

We love this app but only use it in conjunction with our Chromecast. That feature no longer works. When its fixed, itll be 5 stars again from us.

We love the app and ability to sling to chromecast but this isnt working anymore. Hopefully they rectify the issue. It still works with phone but will not coordinate with chromecast.

After the latest update I havent been able to connect it to my Chromecast. It just displays the PBS Go desktop webpage.

Since the most recent update video will not chromecast anymore. I used to love this app because it was the only for my daughters to watch Wild Kratts and Dinosaur Train. Now it sends some kind of menu that I cannot in any way interact with, instead of the video I am trying to watch. Its really hard for them to both watch on my phone, and most times I actually need my phone if theyre watching something.

NORMALLY FULL STARS.. recent update has massed it so I can only cast some weird sign up advertising screens and eventually reboots chromecast. Im a HUGE fan of this app since my boys LOVE IT. Please fix and Ill make sure to leave a great review

The Live TV dosent work anymore. Its showing Arthur when its supposed to be playing word girl and its supposed to play Bob the builder when it plays Super why. You get that idea.

New version does not work. Was a great app, hopefully they fix it soon.

Update for Chromecast viewers: you can get the app working again if you delete it and re download it. We did this just this morning 14 March) and now its working perfectly again! Earlier Review:We loved this app, until a few days ago it stopped working with Chromecast. Like the previous reviewer stated, it just takes you to a webpage now, and will no longer play videos. Very disappointing for our kids!

We used to use this app everyday to watch our kids favorite shows but we cant cast it anymore! Major disappointment!!

The app works pretty well, but its relatively useless if you dont want to watch an entire episode at once. It should remember where you were in each episode and start again from there and allow you to fast-forward within each episode.

This app is amazing

PBS kids must be learning to keep secrets because the app history says bug fixes while the functionality is degrading. In addition to removing shows (without warning) they now removed the ability to cast to our Chromecast, also without warning. This was our best go-to kids app and we donate regularly to PBS. If these changes must happen, at least they should warn us. Being giving season we may need to reconsider our donation policy. Between these subtle changes and the major changes elsewhere (ie sesame street to HBO and a new paid subscription requirement on Amazon), I think theyre making up for it elsewhere.

Finding different episodes is achieved by scrolling through video clips rather than selecting by episode title. It is so ridiculous that I have to watch the first few moments of each episode to see if my kids have already watched it. This app is so basic and unhelpful that I foresee it being uninstalled very soon.

My kids can now watch live pbs kids without the whole subscription hassle! I also love how they can control their place in the video. BEST UPDATE!!!

This app is great on my device, but we really would love it if the chromecast functionality would get fixed... it hasnt worked in some time.

The new interface looks awful compared to what it was previously. It is very slow now with the live feed. It frustrates my toddler. Also, how about making an option to block terrible shows like "Caillou"?
